If you are not satisfied with the product or it arrives faulty or damaged then please notify us immediately and we'll discuss how you can ship it back to us and then we'll exchange it for something else more suitable. Extra freight charges may apply depending on the exact freight cost of the original goods.
 
(exchange only possible if goods returned within 7 days, a 20% restocking fee (min $25) may be charged to cover admin costs and devaluation of the goods if they are not able to be resold as new. Cash refunds only available on faulty goods if returned within 28 days. Software or items containing software that have been opened are not covered under this return policy. For health reasons we cannot accept returns on headphones or microphones for any reason if the packaging is opened.)
