FetchExpress is an extremely flexible platform suitable for many
applications. Do members at your church need assistive listening and/or
translation audio? Are you a tour guide leading guests through a quiet
museum? How about a fitness instructor holding classes in a park? Or
maybe you’re hosting an outdoor movie night and don’t want to disturb
neighbors? If you want your audience to hear better without distractions
(or distracting others), FetchExpress is what you need.
FetchExpress can be used with your existing wireless network, or
through its built-in WiFi, turning you into a walking hotspot. Broadcast
your voice with a directly connected microphone, or a wireless mic
system to a large auditorium or overflow rooms, to students running
drills up a hill, to youth groups on a hiking retreat, or anywhere you
can imagine!
Simply plug your audio source such as mixing desk output or microphone into the FetchExpress and then your users download the free app onto their mobile device. Once logged on they can either plug up headphones to listen directly, or if using hearing aids with the T-position they can plug up a personal neck loop such as the Sennheiser EZT3012, or transmit via Bluetooth to suitably equipped hearing aids.
For a single audio source, your audience only sees a single channel
on the app, making it simple and intuitive to connect to the audio. For
more channels, FetchExpress can be paired with multiple FetchExpress
models (we recommend up to 8 on a network, or our AudioFetch Signature platform).

IS THERE A MONTHLY CHARGE?
No. There are no recurring fees whatsoever. Purchase the equipment and it’s yours to use as much as you like!
IS THE AUDIOFETCH APP FREE TO DOWNLOAD?
Yes. The App is free and continuously updated as new phones and operating systems come on the market.
MUST AUDIOFETCH BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET?
No. AudioFetch does not need to be on an Internet connected WiFi network to provide local audio to WiFi connected devices but we generally recommend connecting the WiFi to the internet for the overall user experience and to allow cloud-based ad-serving capability and the cloud-based usage portal to function.
DOES AUDIOFETCH PROVIDE ADVERTISING CAPABILITIES?
Yes. Purchase of AudioFetch includes free ad portal access for posting your message, logo, and other information. When the user taps the ad, they can be directed to a website, e-mail address, phone number, or all three as configured by the system owner. The ad portal is effective and easy to use.
DOES AUDIOFETCH PROVIDE USAGE/METRICS INSIGHT?
Yes. Purchase of AudioFetch includes free access to cloud-based metrics showing usage of your particular AudioFetch to include numbers of users, session durations, channels listened to, ad clicks, and other helpful metrics
