The Tascam VL-A5 two-way reference monitors feature a 5.25 inch
woofer and a 1 inch dome tweeter. Tascam have used a deep-cabinet
design with front-mounted bass ports that extend the low end beyond
similarly-priced units. High and low frequency controls allow the user
to tailor the monitors response to their own studio. Each VLA5 monitor
has internal amplifiers that provide 90W of total power. The VL-A5 uses
an XLR/TRS (1/4 inch jack) combo input so you can connect to virtually
any sound system. The monitor is magnetically shielded for safe use
near video monitors making VL-A5 monitors ideal for use in small studio
and broadcast applications.
